Privacy, Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Privacy Policy

Your personal details are used solely for managing your Santa visit. This includes your name, contact details, address, and information about your children. None of your information is shared, sold or used for marketing unless you explicitly opt in. All data is stored securely and deleted after the Christmas period unless needed for legal or accounting purposes.

2. Santa Visit Terms

By completing a booking, you agree to the following:

• You are booking a home Santa visit within PO16 8 or PO16 9 only.
• A responsible adult must be present at all times during the visit.
• Presents for the children must be provided by the parent or guardian.
• All photography or video is taken on your own device unless otherwise arranged.
• Santa (Andy) holds a full enhanced DBS certificate.

3. Payment Terms

Each booking requires full payment at the time of reservation through PayPal. A non-refundable booking fee applies:

• 10-15 Minute Sneak Visit: £12.50 (Christmas Eve £16.25) non-refundable
• 15-20 Minute Santa Visit: £17.50 (Christmas Eve £22.50) non-refundable

On your Paypal invoice, it will be processed by my business account, in the name of Andy Hornby Photography (AH Photography)

4. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel:
You will receive a refund minus the non-refundable booking fee stated above. Cancellations must be made by email to info@andy-hornby.co.uk.

If Santa (Andy) cancels:
You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability. Contact as early as possible for assistance.
